His name is Shazada Kakageldiyevich Orazberdiyev.

Shazada is a Master Jeweler of the Highest Qualification and a jewelry artist. He teaches at the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, passing his craftsmanship on to the younger generation, and is the author and designer of unique national jewelry works that combine the centuries-old traditions of the Turkmen jewelry school with his own personal style.
He is also the founder and head of the HAZYNA brand, under which his own team of craftsmen creates jewelry in the national style, carrying forward the traditions of Turkmen jewelry art.
