- IJAA — a non-profit professional association established to support and develop specialists in the jewelry industry. The website provides materials exclusively for informational and reference purposes, where any user can verify the active membership of a certified specialist and their qualification level, as well as access open-source information about the artisan and the organization.

- Personal data — information relating to an individual (the data subject) that allows them to be identified.

- Processing of personal data — any actions with personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, clarification, use, anonymization, and deletion.

- Website user — a person visiting the website www.ijaamember.com via the Internet.
