Figure Ⅱ:
The two certificates are divided into sections:
1. Certificate issued to the IJAA President. Signatures of association members may be applied physically or electronically if a council member cannot attend in person. Signatures of four association members confirm the President’s status without prospective President participation in voting.
2. Certificate issued to all association members and signed by the elected President.

After receiving the package, the association member must take a photo with the certificate and ID card to prove that signatures were absent before receipt of the physical document. This ensures authenticity of the signatures.
