Introduction of a unified communication structure to improve coordination and operational efficiency within the Association.

Dear participants,

In order to improve operational efficiency and coordination within the Association, a unified communication format is being introduced.

From this point forward, all operational work with participants will be conducted through the assigned manager, who is responsible for:
— task coordination
— monitoring and approval of deadlines
— collecting statuses and updates
— handling day-to-day communication on ongoing processes

This format applies to all members of the Association, with the exception of the Expert Council.

Interaction with members of the Expert Council will remain direct.

For all other participants (representatives and general members), all working communication will be conducted exclusively through me. My name is Milana, and I am the Association Manager.
